Returns

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any defects, damage, or incorrect items. If there is an issue, contact us right away with pictures, so we can assess and resolve the matter promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom orders, or sale items. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
