Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship inside the US.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order is received it will take 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. We will email you a conformation when it ships and that will include tracking information. Depending on where you are located shipping times are normally 3-6 days.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $40 will receive free shipping. Orders under $40 will be charged shipping based on their address.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping on orders over $40.

How will my order be shipped

Your order will be shipped via standard shipping carriers such as USPS. you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Can I pick up if I am local?

Yes. If you are local and want to save on the shipping choose "pick up at store" on the checkout page. We will contact you and work out a time and place to get you your order.

How do subscriptions work?

With our subscription service, you can have your favorite 3F Ranch beef sticks delivered automatically to your door at your chosen frequency. Simply select the subscription option on the product page, choose how often you want to receive your order (e.g., every 2 weeks, 1 month, etc.), and we'll take care of the rest. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account, giving you complete control and flexibility.

How do I change my subscription

How do I pause or cancle my subscription?

There, you’ll find options to either pause your subscription temporarily or cancel it entirely. Is your beef grass-fed and finished?

Yes, our beef is pasture-raised, with cattle grazing on grass their entire lives, never confined to feedlots. While we are not certified grass-fed, we prioritize natural foraging and provide protein supplements during the winter months or when pasture availability is low, ensuring our cattle receive optimal nutrition year-round.

Are your products organic?

Our products are not certified organic, but we follow similar principles by raising our cattle on open pastures without synthetic chemicals or feedlots. We use regenerative practices to promote soil health and natural grazing. We avoid antibiotics, hormones, and other artificial additives. This commitment helps us deliver clean, high-quality beef you can trust.

Do your products contain any MSG?

No, our beef sticks do not contain MSG. At 3F Ranch, we believe in real food without unnecessary additives or chemicals. Our snack sticks are made with simple, clean ingredients, offering a healthier and more natural option for you and your family.

Do your products contain any Nitrates?

Our beef sticks do not contain added synthetic nitrates or nitrites. Instead, we use celery powder, a natural source of nitrates, as part of our curing process. The USDA allows the use of natural nitrate sources like celery powder in products labeled "No Nitrates or Nitrites Added," but it's important to note that these naturally occurring nitrates perform a similar function as synthetic ones, helping with preservation and flavor while staying true to cleaner ingredient standards.
